West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination(WBJEE) is an entrance examination to get admission in B.Tech course in various government or non-government Engineering colleges in West Bengal.

And to answer your question yes you can get government colleges with you WBJEE rank(4000+) like

1. Jalpaiguri Government College.

2. Burwan Engineering College.

You can also get Jadavpur Engineering college but you have choose streams like Computer Science Engineering(CSE) or Information Technology(IT).But those streams now a days no more demandable as campus recruitment is not so good.

You can get Civil or Mechanical stream in Jalpaiguri or Burwan colleges.
