Can I get into NIT or IIT after scoring 591 in GATE with AIR of 2310(General Category)?


i got gate score of 591 and all india rank of 2310, category - general

can i get into NIT or IIT

no you cannot because for TAKING admission in IIT/NIT collage you have to appear for AIEEE OR IIT ENTRANCE EXAM

hi..
your rank is very high to get admission in the iits,because of the very few number of seats in iit and also the reservation system,
how ever there is an every chance that you would get admission in the nits,
you should be looking for the notifications of the nits and apply as soon as possible,
i am also attaching the admission form of the nit silchar,
