I got 1066 sc rank in wbjee,and 16464 in genral catogary,i want to know that can i got jadavpur or shivpur any core branch or mining,production,power,if not then which college can i get govt college,1st and 2nd counselling,i am from west bengal,i want core branch at any govt college.

my rank in wbjee 8884 in general & i am prabasi bengali can i get govt collage.

which engineering college can I expect with a wbjee rank of 18728?also,does counselling in west bengal depend on jee main state rank?
please help..
