what happen when a ECE student wrote EEE exam in apgenco and qualified in the exam.
Now he/she will get a job or not???

APTRANSCO/APGENCO invites application from graduation students. This jobs are basically for the local and non local candidates. For the vacancies and for applying check their official website. The jobs are based on the written test conducted by the government. The written test contains 100 questions, 100 marks (70 - technical, 30 - analytical aptitude), 120 minutes.
The reservations are as follows:
- SC - 15%
- ST - 6%
- Women - 33%

Eligibility:
- You need to have degree in B.E/ B.tech (Electronics, Electrical, Civil) from any government recognized institutes.
- The stream in B.E/ B.tech varies according to the post.
- The age should be below 42, there is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST and for Physically handicapped its 10 years.

Selection procedure:
- The candidates are selected based on the written exam marks. The person who scores marks more than the cut off marks are called directly for the next level (documents verification).
- The cut off marks/ qualifying marks:
Open - 40%
BC - 35%
SC/ST - 30%
