University Entry Scheme:-

The candidates having degree of engineering and scored at least 60% marks can apply through this entry scheme for the Indian Air force.

The candidates who have appeared in the final year exam are also eligible to apply for the above entry scheme.

AGE LIMIT:

The candidates applying for the above entry scheme should have age between 18 to 28 years.

So you can apply for the Indian Air force as an officer through the above entry scheme after the completion of your engineering.

you are eligible for CDSE exam(combined defense service)...Buy a UPSC examination form in the month when CDSE exams are gonna published in leading employment newspaper..after having this form fill it properly and fill it with air force section..give the CDSE exam , try to score maximum .the results will be out 1 - 2 months after the exam..go for SSB(service selection board).selection will be on criteria basis..get selected there..should be medically fit.. now wait for the results in merit..if you name will be there then you are now a flying officer..but before this you have to go for training...they will notify you..

yes, my friend you can join in Air force after completion of B.tech course in ECE stream.
For that you have to appear in exams like- CDS , UES ..

Eligibility for CDS exam:-

For Indian Military Academy:-
Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade.
Candidate should be unmarried male.
Age should be in between 19-24 years.


You can also apply for technical branch through UES exam.

Eligibility for UES exam:-
Candidate must have complete the graduation in engineering field with 60% aggregate or must have complete the B.Sc course in any of the science subject with 60% aggregate..
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Age should be in between 18-28 years.

These are the eligibility you have to fulfill..

I am perusing my BE in final year and passed AFCAT exam and I had KT in one subject which was cleared and may get 60% agree gate. May I eligible ?

is iam elgable for job in mnc .sir i secured my status are 10th 70%, 2=50%,btech 67% with no backlocks

if you are in 3rd year it is not possible for you to apply.. you must finish your 3rd year after that during your final year you can apply for airforce through CDSE(comon defence service exam conducted by upsc)
or through entry called UES( UNIVERSITY ENTRY SCHEME)

Yes you can surely join Air Force
You will have to appear for an entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice a year.

The exam is commonly known as NDA.
NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

Here below I am providing you with some details about NDA exam.

Required Qualification:

You should be 12th passed with PCM as compulsory subjects.

Age criteria:

Age should be between 161/2 to 19 years.
Here you do not have any age relaxation in any case.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:-

A written exam will be conducted.
The exam pattern is given below:

The exam comprises of 2 papers. Both these papers will be of the objective type.
The first paper is Mathematics
The second paper is General Ability Test

If you qualify the written exam you will called for SSB.

After clearing SSB you will go under medical fitness test.

Also you can join Air Force through Technical entry Scheme.

There is no written exam in this.
You are directly called for SSB if you secured 75% in PCM in 12th board
