You can expect a job either from public or private sector. M.Com gradates with SET/NET qualification can look for teaching jobs in high school/colleges. In private sector, you can try for positions of accountant, treasury manager, and so on. JAO position in BSNL is specially meant for M.Com graduates. Financial institutions, banks, etc offer different jobs for commerce graduates.
