Can I get a job as a lecture in MBA colleges after completing MBA HR as distance education from IGNOU


I have completed my MBA HR as distant education from IGNOU. can iget job as lecture in MBA colleges in kerala.For that what i want to do?

Yes , if you have completed your MBA from Ignou than there no problem in your becoming Lecturer in Kerala or any other state.

But there is Examination which you need to qualify in order to become Lecturer in MBA colleges like
  • National Eligibility Test
  • State Eligibility Test

For both the Examinations Eligibility is specified for you below

Minimum Eligibility For applying in NET and SET examination

• Post Graduate Degree in Subject from recognized university
• At least 55% marks in Post Graduation Degree .


Age limit

There is no age limit to apply for these examination for Lecturer ship.

Private and Govt Colleges time to time publish vacancies for lecturer Ship in Daily or Employment newspapers.
