Can I get a seat for M.Tech in Anna University after scoring 34 in GATE(cutoff for OBC is 23.50)?

I have got 29.67 in Gate 2011(EE Branch)....I belong to general quota...Qualifying marks for my category is 26.08..,

Is thr any possibilities for me to get admission to M.E Programmes anywhere...!!!

Yes there are possibilities you take take admission for M.E programs.
Even there are college which conduct there own exams for M.E and M.Tech. So start filling up forms and

My Father is a State Government employee, with annual salary 5.0 lakhs.No other income. I am a OBC category, doing Final year CIVIL with 7.5 GPA (MBC in Tamilnadu State) what about my Reservation Quata position in paticular GATE 2012 and so on; also need Creamy or Non creamy status in my case.
