Yes.You can join the diploma degree of mechanical,electrical,electronics,marine engineering through the your 10th qualification.

yes you can do any diploma course even you are fail in 12th class that doesn't matter because diploma is pre-graduation that will join after 10th also.so you can join either nursing diploma i.e.GNM or you can join engineering diploma.

Hi,
To Join Diploma, you must have passed 10th class
You can attend common entrance exam according to the state and then get a seat in Diploma.
No need to consider about 12th if you are preferring to join Diploma course
