Can I join BE after finishing my Diploma at 55%...please tell me

Yes, you can join to B.E/B.Tech through the scheme of lateral entry. Usually applicants with a minimum of 60% marks are considered for admission. Certain institutes like Adhiyamaan College of Engineering and HIET offer s admission for diploma holders with a minimum of 50% marks. Dehradun Institute of Technology is another institute that satisfies this criterion. Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in diploma or entrance exams.
