i am from nrpal. can i join army ??...Could u please tell me my chances

You are eligible to join the Indian Army but since your age is 21years you need to have a graduation degree.

If you have a graduation degree in any stream you can apply for CDS exam.

CDS exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.

You also need to fulfill the eligibility criteria to apply for CDS:-

The age of the candidates should be between 19-24years.

The candidates should have a graduation degree.

The candidates should be Indian citizen.

The candidates should be physically strong.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:-

Written Exam =SSB Interview =Medical Test.

Since you have passed 10th level you can also apply for general duty solider in the Indian Army.

NDA - II

NDA has three wings:

Indian Air force

Indian Navy

Indian Army

Educational qualification:-

12th standard or any equivalent is the educational qualification for this exam.

Percentage is not required for this examination.

12th standard exams appearing students are also eligible for this exam.

Age criteria:-

The candidate age should not be lessthan 16 1/2 years and should not be morethan 19 years. No upper age relaxation.

Nationality:-

You must be a citizen of India,

Or

A subject of bhutan,

Or

A subject of nepal,

Or

A tibetian refugee who came over Indian permanently.


Gender:-

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible i.e girls are totally not eligible for NDA.

it's really good to see you want to join indian army and a citizen of nepal .,

yes you are definitely eligible for indian army, but only if you if you clear nda exam and qualify the eligibility criteria for nda ,

eligibility for nda :

NATIONALITY :
must be a citizen of india
subject of nepal or bhutan

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
must be 12th passed
must have studies pcm combination if want ot join air force & navy

AGE LIMIT :
minimum age limit allowed is 16.5 years
maximum age limit is 19 years

SEX :
must be only male

MARTIAL STATUS :
must be unmarried male

if you crack nda and qualify the above eligibility limit then you are eligible for indian army,

even you can join army by cracking combined defence services after graduation,

what about if any person complete their degree but they want to join indian armyor BDS?
