i am Maulik from guj.now i am studying in BE(e&tc) 3rd year.i want to like work in indian army,so please tell me what are the procedures and how to join in indian army?

there are many ways you can join INIDAN ARMY .some of them i am listing below .

1.UES ::UNIVERSITY ENTRY SCHEME :

eligibility ::

19 to 25 years for FINAL YEAR students .
18 to 24 Years for PRE FINAL YEAR students.

Final and Pre Final Year Students of Engineering Degree Course

2.TGC (Engineers)::

20 to 27 yrs
BE / B Tech in notified streams of Engineering

3.SSC Technical

20 to 27 yrs
Engineering Degree in notified Discipline

4.IMA

19to 24 yrs
Graduation from recognised university

5.SSC NONTECHNICAL

19 to 25 yrs
Graduation from recognised university

If you are interested in joining Indian Army, you may appear for CDS exam conducted by UPSC. To be eligible for the exam, you should be a graduate within the age limit of 19-24 years.
Apart from CDS, being a engineering graduate, you may also the technical department of Indian Army as commissioned officer. The eligible age for the same is between 20-27 years.
Another way of entering Indian Army is university direct entry scheme. Through this scheme, candidates are selected for interview/SSB for recruitment in the technical branches of Indian Army. The eligible age for the same is 19-25 years.

Yes. you can join in Indian Army after 3rd year B.E(E&Tc).

you can get chance in Indian Army for 3rd year B.E(E&Tc) is

>>through UES(university entry scheme). which exam you can appear in the final year/Pre final year of your BE.

there have other procedure too.

>>through UPSC exam. this exam you can appear after your graduation course.

>>through CDS exam you can also join in the Indian Army being a student of ECT.

For that you have to appear exams like- CDSE, UES, etc.

Eligibility for CDSE:-

For Indian Military academy:-
*The candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade.
*The candidates age should be in between 19-24 years.

For Naval Academy:-
*The candidate must have complete the graduation in engineering field.
*The candidates age should be in between 19-22 years.

For Air force:-
*The candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade.but must have maths and physics in 12th.

As you are BE student ,so to join Indian army you have to go through CDS exam .
Eligibility criteria for CDS exam -

1.Graduation from any recognized university .
2.Final year students are also can apply .
3.Candidate should be physically fit .
4.Age limit -

i) For Military Academy - Unmarried male candidate born not earlier than 2nd July,1988 and not later than 1st July,1993 are applicable .
ii) For Naval Academy - Unmarried candidate born not earlier than 2nd july,1990 and not later than 1st July 1993.
iii)For Air Force academy - Unmarried , dates of birth should be between 2nd July ,1987 to 1st July,1993 .
iv)For Officer training Academy - Unmarried , dates of birth should be in between 2nd July,1987 to 1st Jul,1993.
v)For SSC(Woman)- Unmarried , dates of birth should be in between 2nd July ,1987 to 1st July ,1993 .

You are now in b.tech 3rd you have to go for indian army, for this you have to apply CDSE or UEC.

Eligibility criteria for UEC:

You should complete graduation from any recognised university in any trade with atleast 60% marks.
The age should be 18 to 28years.

Eligibility criteria for CDSE:

In CDSE there are three wings such as
Military academy,
Naval academy,
Indian airforce.


Military academy eligibility:

Graduation from any recognised university in any trade.
Age limit is 19 to 24years.

Eligibility for the NAVAL Academy:
You should complete graduation from any recognised university in engineering field.

Age limits is 19years to 22 years.

Eligibility criteria for Airforce:

Graduation from any recingsed university in any trade.
Age limit is 19 to 23years.
