Can I join Ph.D in North Orissa University?


Can i join Ph.d in north orissa university, it is a state uniiversity in orissa.Why I am asking this question because, I am from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh but the university is located at orissa.

As you are from Andhra,there is no restriction in applying to this university for the PH.D programme. You can apply to them as mentioned above.
