Can I open practice pathology lab after studying Ayurvedic MD Pathology with the permission of the High Court?

Sir, I am having my private pathology lab. I done DMLT. But now a days there are many FIRs agaist us. Now what can i do? Continue or close lab?

sorry to disappoint you but ayurvedic md patholgy do not qualify to be a specialists in pathology (i.e allopathic) and hence not eligibile to open a pathology lab.

following qualifications are eligible to open a path lab

1.Registered medical practitioner(i.e MBBS)

2.Pathologists (i.e after MBBS a post graduate degree MD or diploma DCP)
