Sir can I do correspondence degree after twelth

I passed my 10th class in 2003 and 12th in April 2012. Can I complete my degree course of 3 years in 2 years, i.e upto 2014.

I want to do B.A in correspondence . I passed 12th with 69% in 1988. Due to some reason I couldnot persue my study but now I want to do graduation.Pl guide.

I want to do B.Com in correspondence. I passed 12th in 2000 from Delhi University.Due to marriage I couldn't continue my studies. But now I want to be graduate. Plz guide me.
