I have completed my graduation in BCA and i don't want to go for MCA, as i dont like programming.Also neither MBA is my choice.I like life science, so can i go for MSc (Bioinformatics) .Am i eligible for it?And what is the job scope after completing it ,also the salary???

No you can not do m.sc in bioinformatics as you have done BCA that is bachelor in computer applications both have different syllabus/subjects/scope.

Why can't I do Bioinformatics after BCA? What if I wanted to change my career? Bioinformatics is combo of Biology and Computers right? Then it is not entirely out of scope.
