Can I take action against school for wrongfully denying admission of my child?
My son took admission in ICSE BOARD in January, 2019. He was born on 25th October, 2013 and school took his admission in 1st class. Now in Sep'2019 they are saying that your son is not eligible for 1st class and not able to register in SARAL PORTAL. Tell me what to do? And what are the options I do have? Can I complain against them?
