Yes, You can take admission in B.E Civil after Diploma. Some Colleges or Universities requires three/four years Diploma Course in respective or relevant branch from recognized Polytechnic or Technical Institutes with at least two years Professional experience after passing Diploma. You are a SC student So, You can enjoy relaxation on the basis of Caste.
