im ishwar rai frm lucknow..im doing b.com frst year from lucknow university affliated college..so can i transfer to second year b.com to pune or mumbai any affliated college??can i ??plzz replyy

Yes it is possible to take a transfer. You need to first obtain a NOC from the university where you are currently studying. Make sure that you have good marks in the first year. Your admission will be subject to seat availability. If there is no seat available for the full time course you can still continue your studies as private students from any of these universities.
