No, the candidate who have done Diploma in Computer Science Engineering course are not eligible to study Aeronautical Engineering course.

To be eligible to pursue Aeronautical Engineering course, you should have passed 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects or Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering course from a Government recognised Board/ Institute.

Diploma holders in Aeronautical Engineering can get direct admission in second year of Aeronautical Engineering course through Lateral Entry admission process. So, being a Diploma holder in Computer Science, you are not eligible to study Aeronautical Engineering course.
