there is not any caste bar for any student
only limited seats are reserved for non-delhites

you can not give delhi PMT without having certificate/ affidavit of being delhi resident.

hii friend yeah sure you can apply....Even SC and SH category students can also apply....forms wil available in all middle eastern so you don need to worry about it...

Of course why not you can definitely appear for Delhi PMT . only thing is that you fulfill all eligibility criteria like passed 12 and ready to show your residential certificate while counseling but I think you won't be getting there benefit of being ST and you will be considered a general candidate . So best of luck!

eligibility for DPMT/DUMET:-
1.Candidates must have passed the 12th class examination under 10+2 system with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognised school situated within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

2.Candidates must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together.

3.Candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have secured a minimum of 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together.

4.Passing of the qualifying examination from a school situated in NCT, Delhi however, is not applicable to female candidates belonging to SC/ST/CWWAPP (Children, Widows & Wives of Armed & Para Military Personnel) category.

any one who can produce domicile of delhi


or

any sc st candidate and she should be a girl

yes, they can appear as for pmt st of any other state also valid.

Dear friend
Female candidates from outside Delhi belonging to SC category, ST category and CWWAPP category who have passed the qualifying examination from Indian Universities/ Boards or Foreign Universities/ Boards are eligible for admission to Lady Hardinge Medical College only against the seats reserved for these categories, subject to their fulfilling the prescribed conditions.

Yes, you can appear for dpmt but you have to show your domicile for it.

only the Delhi domicile students can appear for this exams,

and for the out sider 15% sheets is reserved.

but there is some reservation on the basis of the caste as per the rule of the

yes, a ST candidate from outside can appear for DELHI PMT.but he can't get the reservation facility of ST candidates which is provided by the government.

he/she will be treated as a general category candidates as he/she is not a resident of Delhi.

You can give the PMT examination conducted by DU. by providing the domicile certificate of DELHI. or if you have passed your 10+2 from an institute of delhi. GOOD LUCK

Yes, you can appear in DPMT exam. In fact any student can apply for this exam even if he/she belongs from out side Delhi.
