I want to know about the eligibility criteria, quota, various dates, for a N.R.I. (non-resident indian)student for admission in 2010 in B.Tech in any stream of DELHI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING which is now called as D. T. U.

DCE CEE is an entrance examination for admission to bachelor engineering courses in Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) and Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology (NSIT). There is an 85% quota for Delhi candidates(i.e., Local Candidates) and 15% for Non Local Candidates .

DCE CEE Entrance exam has 60 objective type questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics each. There are four options for each question with one correct answer. A right answer is awarded with 4 marks and 1 mark is deducted for an incorrect answer.

For admission into the first year of B.tech course of DIT as a NRI student you have to crack AIEEE with a good score (within 50,000) all india rank.

as i know,aieee allow the NRI student for entrace exam,after getting good score in aieee you can take the admission in delhi university.

dear friend, if you want to take admission in DTU as a NRI, then you have to clear AIEEE exams with good rank, after then you will get admission in DTU............

there are some colleges in delhi university which has quota for NRI students like DCE(delhi college of engineering) and NSIT(netaji shubhash institute of technology) which has some reserved seats.

there is an admission seats available for an N.R.I students in DU.
you just need to sit in the examination and before that you have to submit the proof of being an N.R.I.

My son studied I -VI (CBSE) in Gurgaon (Haryana, NCR,Delhi), from VII-IX he was in Abu dhabi (UAE). If he studies X in Abu dhabi itself and goes to Gurgaon for XI and XII, will he be eligible for engineering college entrance in and around delhi ? If he continues XI and XII in Bangalore, (me and husband studied in karnataka for about 16 years) can he appear for karnataka CET? kindly answer, we are in a dilemma.

For Delhi Technological University admission for B.Tech in NRI Category need following:
1: Candidate should atleast study 5 years in overseas.
2: He must got 60 % marks in aggregate in +2 (Physics,Mathematics,English and one of (Chemistry,Bio Tech or Computer))
3: SAT 2 SCORES MUST BE MORE THAN 60 PERCENT IN only (PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS)
