Yes, of course you are eligible to apply for a Company secretary course after completing 12th standard. 12th standard is the minimum educational qualification required to apply for Foundation course. You need to be a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to become a Company Secretary. The eligibility criteria for the CS program is that the applicant should have completed passed +2 from a recognized board. This program is divided into the three levels such as,

- Foundation Course
- Executive Course
- Professional Course

- Applicants with a Graduation degree can enroll directly for the Executive course.
