After 10 you can't join Air force, The minimum qualification to join any troop is only after completing 12th.

As from your Educational Qualification The only way to join Indian air Force is through NDA Exam. NDA i.e National Defense Academy which is conducted by upsc twice every year.

One is in April and another is in August. Through NDA you can Go for Army Or air force or Navy & Naval academy.This year's NDA Exam which is going to be held on April, notification for this has been over. you can apply for NDA II now.

The eligibility to write NDA Exam is Educational qualification :-10+2 or Equivalent(Diploma) students are Eligible for this. Final year students in Diploma are also Eligible.

Age limits :-Your age must be in between 16 and half age till 19 years in order to Make Eligible for Write the Exam.

Of course you can join the Air force but not after 10th ,the minimum eligibility criteria for those is 10+2.There are so many academies in India who gives training for those exams .So you can join them after 12th.
But one thing keep in mind to join any of these streams it is must that you should be physically fit.

Dear friend,

After 10 th you are not eligible for Air force exam.But 12 th standard you are applicable for Air force exam.

You must be completed your 10+2 from any stream are eligible for Air force exam.

Also your age must be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

So if after 12 th standard your age should be in between the range then you are eligible for this post.

You can join it by giving NDA exam conducted by UPSC.You must have passed or appearing in class 12th. It is conducted once in april and in august in a year.

No , you cant' apply for NDA Examination just after 10 class . because according to criteria required for NDA Exam you need to have at least completed the 10+2 class exam from recognized board or school . So the all the required for NDA Exam are given below and based on that you can apply for NDA Exam .....

So , here is the eligibility requirements for NDA Exam by UPSC for being eligible for NDA Exam ....

You should be Indian citizen .
You need to be Unmarried Man .
You need to have passed 10+2 are eligible for NDA Exam.
You need to have appeared for 10+2 exam and waiting for result can also apply.
You need to have physics and maths as compulsory subject for navy and air force academy.
Your age should be 16.5 years to 19 years for being eligible .

NDA Exam pattern is given below and based on that you can score good score in NDA Exam.....

General ability
Mathematics
General knowledge
English

By appearing in NDA Exam you can join these following branches of Indian defense Services ....

India Army
Indian Navy
Indian Air force

Hi,

If you have just completed your 12th standard just now,then i am sorry to say that you are not eligible for this exam as the criteria for age is that 16 ½ to 19 years(at the time of commencement of course), so its not possible for you according to the age factor.

Dear, you can only join as Airman. Candidate can join Air Force either as Officer or Airman. As an Officer you have opportunities in-

Flying Branch - consists Fighter Pilot, Transport Pilot and Helicopter Pilot , Nevigator
Technical Branch - consists all engineering section
Ground Branch - includes all the departments that provide logistical, meteorological, educational and administrative support to the above mentioned branches
As 12th pass you can apply for Flying Branch.

As Airman you need to be 10th, 12th, graduation or post graduate degree holder in your technical or non-technical trade fields.

You need to appear in NDA entrance exam conducted by USC two times in a year-once in April and second-August NDA (I) and NDA (II), to join Air Force.
Following are the eligibility required-

-Citizen of India
-Unmarried male candidate
-Age between 16.5-19
-12th complete/waiting for the result with physics and maths as compulsory subjects
-Mentally and Physically fit.

Process involved-
-Written Test
-Personal Interview
-Fitness Test
