Career as Bank P.O?
respected sir/madam
as of now i am serving in armed forces and would like to pursue a career as BANK P.O. post retirement and at that time my age will be 33 years as on jan 2016; and i have scored 54% marks in graduation, can u tell me whether there will be any chance for me to appear in exam. or not? an early reply will be heartly acknowledged....... |

no boss sorry u can not appear in exam as its requirement is at least 60%.

Hi,
Yes u can give the Bank PO examination after being retired from the armed force. Eligibilty Criteria as follows: Academic qualification is: 40% in graduation (35% for ex servicemen) Age Limit: Ex-servicemen- actual period of service rendered in defence services + 3 years (8 years for disabled Ex-servicemen belonging to SC/ST) subject to maximum age limit of 50 years. thank you |

yes there is a good oppurtunity for the ex-seviceman, it have a good quota in all Banks and comming to qualification QUALIFICATION:-- It need graduation and percentage criteria vary from bank to bank Tip:-- I think you have a good match for Bank P.O post so go for it..... As you are going to join as Probationary Officers after serving for army, you will be considered as ex-service man.
As an ex-service man, you just need to have a graduation with 40% of marks to be eligible for bank PO exam. By the time you are going to join as PO, your age going to be is 33 years. That will be good enough to be eligible for appearing bank PO exam. And only thing that will be important is to prepare for the exam well and cracking the exam. The selection procedure for bank PO will be by 1) written test 2) Personal Interview. The written test consists of several questions from the following areas -Reasoning -Quantitative aptitude -General awareness -General English -Computer/ Marketing knowledge There is negative marking for the wrong answers and one need to qualify in each of these areas |

yes you are eligible as an ex-serviceman Eligibility Criteria: • Candidate must be nationality of India.
• Candidate must have completed their graduation with at least 60 % aggregate from the recognized University to be eligible for this course. • Candidate must be computer literate to be eligible for this course. • Candidate must be above 21 years of age and must not be more than 30 years of age. after your service you are opting for P.O job , so you are considered as Ex-service man and the most priority is given to you the criteria is graduation and you have completed yours.. so you are eligible for P.O job.. actual process of selection differs from one bank to other.. |
