I am persuing my pgdm and will complete it next year with marketing and IT as my specilization and i want to do job in research and development department of any private company so whats the career prospect in this area and what is the growth prospect.please answer my problem

the department about which you are thinking is really a very good .but if you are intrested in the study then join this department because after joining this department you have to study many thinks and you have to develop many new projects.

after complition of this course definately you have job in private company as a developer.

you may also join private company in a R & D cell.

Nowadays most of the good private companies have research department and it have great scope also so you can definitely go for it.
As in this era of technology research work has become unsustainable so most companies hire research analyst for the growth of their companies.
