Chances of becoming a Pilot for a girl candidate with 65% in 12th?


Respected Sir, I am a girl candidate and I have scored 65% marks in my 12th standard. My aim is to become a Pilot. So, is there any chance for me? If there is, then please let me know. Waiting for your response.

Yes, you can become pilot with 65% in 12th class. There are few other eligibility requirements which are mentioned below:

- The minimum age limit required is 16 years. There is no upper age limit.
- The candidate should not have any disabilities.
- The candidate should be physically & mentally fit.
- The minimum height will vary based on the airline companies.

If you meet the eligibility requirements then you can join in commercial pilot training courses.
You need to attend the entrance exam named IGRUA CPL (Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Urban Academy Commeecial Pilot License) to join in the pilot training course. If you qualify in the exam you can join in pilot training institutions in India.
You need to complete your training and attend the exam conducted by the institution for getting license. Based on your performance in the exam you’ll be given pilot license.
Based on your license you can become pilot in any government or private airline companies.
