hello sir, i completed my sea time(36 months) as an oiler,so i like 2 give ncv exams..plz give me valuable advice.....thank u.......

i am ratnesh kumar indos no 10yl 1121 appeared two times ncv written exam but they don't cleared my single paper i think there might be money laundering at lbs camsar mumbai

My ncv written finished and almost 4and half year passed so can I do my ncv orals now
