Chances to study MDS in AIIMS for BDS Private student? Better jobs for such candidate?


Hello, I am a first year BDS student but I need guidelines so that I can built my academic foundation strong enough to clear AIIMS PG entrance exam for MDS? And what are my chances for entering in AIIMS for PG? Will I get better jobs opportunities since my BDS degree is from a private dental college?
