Dear Friend,
There is very rare chance to get admitted in Engineering Colleges by scoring 37% in Board Examinations.
There is some hope for joining the private colleges if you have good score in your Entrance Examinations but may you have to pay donations as your performance in Board Examinations is not good.

Beside this from my point of view you should avoid going through Engineering and Must go on with any other courses as it will just waste your money and time in searching the colleges and also even though you will get the colleges it will not have good placements so best is that to go with other courses.
