Sorry,Your rank is too low.you cannot get any NITS,IIITs,BITs that comes under ccb.Even Your state rank is also too low.If you have recently passed 12th then take a drop this year.Because you cannot get any colleges Through AIEEE after waiting till 7th round seat allottment.you must look after other entrances which you had given.
Through your sc category rank you could go for state counselling.you can get admission in any college in your state.

hi dear , i am sorry but you got a very high general rank so you have very few chance to get NITs. but you can try in private colleges:-
