No University in India offers B.Sc programs in Astrophysics. If you are really interested to pursue the course, you can pursue the same at the post graduation level. First of all, pursue bachelor degree in Physics from any of the recognized University in India. After that, you can pursue either go for integrated M.Sc-Ph.D Program in Physics and Astrophysics or M.Sc course in Astrophysics. Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D Program in Physics and Astrophysics course can be pursued from IIA where as M.Sc course in Astrophysics can be pursued in Universities like Osmania University, Pondicherry University, etc.
