What are the companies oriented in electrical substation relays testing and commissioning?

Dear Friend,
Usually no one have authority except that Distributing Supply Company to mentioned that Particular Company name or give that kind of Informations to any user.
But,In General,Only the Company which is Providing Electric Supply to that Sub-Station have Authority for Relays Testing and Commissioning beside this no other Company have right to Test that Sub-Station.
For Example,If Tata Powers is Providing Electric Supply to that Sub-Station then they only have Right to Check that Sub-station and no one else.(Note:It also depended on that Particular Electric Supplying Department,They may also give that work to any other Licensed Private Companies.)
