does it compulsory to attend entrance exam for joining in nautical science after +2

It depends on the course that is selected. For B.Sc level course there may not be any entrance exam. However for B.Tech course certainly there will be an entrance exam. It is good to appear for the entrance exam as it will help in determining whether you have an aptitude for the same. You can undergo training for these entrance exams if required.

No it is not compulsory to appear for any entrance exam to study B.Sc in nautical science.

The main eligibility is that candidates must pass 10(+2) with physics,chemistry,maths with at least 50%. Some of the institutes offering this course admit students on the basis a test and an interview.
