i want to know which course is better AMIE or IIIE

Is iiie is approved from aicte or Ugc and valid for govt job

i am completed diploma in electrical and electronics enginering 2012-13.

now i am working in Tata Motors Dharawad.

I am alraedy having one year experience and more 3 months.

so please tel me which course is better for my future career.

whether AMIE/IIIE.So please help me.
