what course should i choose after 10? i am interested in science courses.

Soon after completion of 10th class, you are eligible to join number of course. You can join the one which you are interested and where your strengths and knowledge is being fully utilized.

You mentioned that you are interested in Science courses. You did not clearly mention whether it is computer science or life science.

If it life sciences, I suggest you to opt for 12th class in Life Science subjects like
-Botany
-Zoology
-Physics
-Chemistry

And then you can opt for several courses like
-Medicine
-BDS
-Biotechnology
-Pharmacy etc.

Having interested in Computer Science, I suggest you to opt for 12th class with any of the following subjects.
-Mathematics
-Physics
-Computer Science etc.

In the further academic levels, the best courses to join Engineering with any of the following streams.

-Computer Science Engineering
-Information Technology etc.
