Which course should I do after M.Com?
I have no way because my financial situation not good and i want study

You can try for M.Phil or Ph.D in commerce. NET qualified candidates can have Ph.D or JRF with negligible fees. Otherwise you need to attend the entrance exam of the corresponding University. University of Mumbai, Kurukshetra University, etc carries out such kind of entrance exams. Certain institutes offer scholarship for meritorious students.
