It's truly based on your interest. After completing +2 there are many options for you to choose and differentiating between BCA and BBA which are known as under graduate courses is tough.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) can be pursued if you have an interest towards learning about computers and programming. For pursuing this course you need to have studied mathematics as one of the subject in your respected +2.

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) is a 3 years course consisting of 6 semesters same as BCA but mainly focuses on maths and statistics. If you have more interest towards mathematics then you can opt for doing BBA course.

As i said earlier, the options can be given by anyone but the choice or decision should be made by you.

There is no disadvantages of pursuing any course so you can take admission in any course of your interest.

BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and candidates interested in MBA in future can go with it.

BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Application and it is for those candidates who have interest in computer and its related application.

So, you can select your course as according to your future aim and interest.

My suggestion to you is that you should go for that course in which you have your personal interest. BCA stands for bachelor's of computer application while BBA stands for bachelor's of business administration. So if you have good knowledge and interest in computer applications then you should go for BCA otherwise you can choose BBA. Both the courses have good scope in the market.
