Hi, I am doing B.sc microbiology final year after finishing this which is better course to chose medical microbiology or industrial microbiology ?????

Which courses is best between medical microbiology or industrial microbiology?

Now I am doing B.Sc in Microbiology i want to do my post graduation in the same subject..Which course is best among M.Sc in food microbiology,Industrial microbiology or General microbiology???????which are the colleges or universities offering these post graduation courses in India?????? In which industries or in companies i will get job after these courses???? weather i need to write entrance exams for that???? I have heard that microbiology does not have lots of scope and job opportunities in India is it true???? I don't want to change my subject i want build my career in this field only.........please suggest me........
