In CTS Exams The Aptitude Test is of 3 parts -

English

Quantitative

Analytical


English Section Contain 25 Marks questions.

- Two very long difficult passages (total 10 questions)

- Correct sentences – 5 questions

- Incorrect sentences – 5 questions

- Logical Order – 5 questions.

Quantitative Contain 25 Marks for 30 Min -

- Two Venn diagram – 5 questions each.

- Logical reasoning – 4 questions each

- Coding – 5 questions

- Data Sufficiency- 5 questions

- Cube problems- 5 questions


Analytical section Contain 25 Questions for 30 mins.

Hi

The exam pattern for the CTS Campus Interview is given below. The CTS exam paper is divided into five sections. The paper consists of 40 questions. There is negative marking in this exam for every wrong answer.

Section -I: SEQUENCING OF ALPHABETS
This section consists of 8 questions. The paper is based on arranging of alphabets in a particular order.

Section -II: FINDING THE VALUES OF FUNCTIONS
This paper consist of 8 questions. This paper is based on mathematics where you have to solve questions with tricks.

Section-III: PERMUTATIONS AND COMBINATIONS
This paper consist of 8 questions where you get the mathematics problem based on PERMUTATIONS AND COMBINATIONS .

Section -IV: NON-VERBAL REASONING
This paper also consist of 8 questions and this is totally based on reasoning type questions.

Section -V: COMPLETION OF THE WORD AND IT’S SYNONYM
This paper also consists of 8 question .So each section is consist of 8 questions . So the total questions come in this exam is 40.

Duration:
The duration for this exam is of 60 min.

Negative marking
There is a negative marking for each wrong answer.
For each wrong answer you will lose 0.25 marks .

In the CTS exam there are five sections in the exam 2008.

Section IV-Non verbal reasoning-8qus
Section V-Completion of words-8qus.

And in the year of 2010,there are two sections:
Total Questions: 55

* Analytical–> 30 (30 mins)
* Verbal–> 25 (20 mins)

1.Analytical Reasoning: Figure Sequence,puzzle test,Syllogism,Logic,Data Sufficiency,Coding-Decoding etc.
2.Verbal : Two RC(10 qs) that was too long to read,finding correct (5qs)and incorrect sentence(5qs),Jumbled Sentences(5qs)….

so there are change in the papers.

9) In a word COINCIDENCE the 1st letter is interchanged with
3ed letter and 2nd letter with 4th and so on. So what is the
seventh letter from the right after interchanging.

11) A and B can do a work in 6 days. B alone can do in 16 days.
After 3 days B withdraws. Then how many days can be needed by A

After 2nd car there will be two scooters and after 3ed car there
will be 3 scooters so on . then find the number of scooters in
the right half of arrangement. ans. 15 check.
44. All Hoopes are Dupes

45. & 46. like above.
47). Find the statement which gives correct explanartion to
the contradictory statements.
i). doctor told that "Drug adicts can not leave their habit

questions and time limit is 70 minutes.

Written exam.
Just a minute round- they shall give us a topic and we need to talk on it for 1 minute.
Technical round.
HR
Be cool and confident. u need to say at least 5-6 sentences about the given topic in JAM round. next in technical, u need to be thorough with your project and fundamentals of C, any database and the language on which u did your project i.e. java/.net whatever it may be. once if u clear technical u can be cool. next comes HR round. prepare well with the contents of your resume, company profile,etc.
