My brother is doing his class 12th in dubai under cbse syllabus, can he join in tamilnadu engineering colleges under government quota or nri quota is the only option for him to get a seat in tamilnadu engineering colleges, thanks in advance for your kind replies

To join engineering or mbbs college and avoid being a nri student how many years we have to study in India? please do answer and tell me where I will get an answer for my question. Advance thanks for your answer.

* Yeah, your brother is eligible to apply for engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu through Anna university.

* You will have to apply through the quota that is being allotted for the candidates what are not the natives of Tamil Nadu.

* You can get the prospectus that is being distributed by the Anna University to know the complete details.
