Food Inspector exam is conducted by all the State Board's in our country even UPSC conducts this examination in selected centers across the country.Aspirants who are selected in entrance exam have to attend a personal interview.Candidates who clear the interview can get designated in the concerned ranks in the public sector.

Education Qualification
The candidates should have completed the bachelors’ degree in any of the science subjects for going through this examination (or) must have studied Chemistry as a subject in their qualifying course (or) Graduates in Agriculture / Pharmacy / Food Technology / Dairy Technology are also eligible to apply for the test.

Application forms
The applications are available at all the head/central post offices of all the cities.After filling the forms,applicants should send it to the official address of UPSC.

UPSC conducts Food Inspector exam for the recruitment of Food Inspectors in various offices within the country. The examination pattern consists of numerical ability and GK questions. The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes.

So, when the notification was announced, it will updated in the official website of UPSC OR in the employment newspaper.

So, please visit the official website of UPSC, If you want to get details regarding UPSC food inspector exams. And to appear in this exam you should be graduate in medicine from recognized University OR graduates in Agriculture/Pharmacy/Food technology/Dairy technology are also eligible to apply for this examination.

it has not yet announced .its notification will be released in UPSC OFFICIAL WEBSITE-www.upsc.gov.in

Food inspectors exam will be conducted by the state government as well as central government i.e UPSC department.

But there no notification of Food Inspector exam in the official website.
If they announce the notification,then definitely they will be updating in the official website.
