for the year 2011 application form will be available from 19-2-2011 to 21-3-2011 and the date of exam is 12-6-2011.
for the next year, it is not announced by the upsc, you can visit www.upsc.gov.in regular for the notification.

The application forms for it are available and last date of submission is 21/03/2010.

Its next year date is not released but its forms are available round the year in post office
