Dear Colleague

My name is Amita and I have graduated in homeopathy in 2007 . I am looking forward to seek admission in MD homeopathy. could you please tell me the dates for ht ecoming exam next year.
Also I am very keen to practice Homeopathy is there any chance of getting a job where I can practice Homeopathy and I can earn as well.

At present I am working in London as an administrator in one of the hospitals due to my husbands job. but I will be in India before october this year.

I hope you would help me out of this.

In India, there are many Colleges/Institutes offering PG in Homeopathy

You have to be specific about the Location to have further details

1.NIH Kolkata conducts exam in April each year
2.HOMOPET Pune conducts entrance during Febraury
3.Dr.M.P.Khunteta Homeopathic Medical College Hospital/Research Centre conducts exam every December for PG admission

There are many Universities/Colleges offering Homeopathic specialization, better decide the area and proceed for it.

-as you are likely to return in october , so , till then all the admissions will be closed . You have to apply to it for the next year ....

-as you are a graduate from bhms so you can apply for job in nearby hospitals as well.
In government Homoeopathy hospitals the starting salary scale is Rs.8000. for BHMS graduates. In private practice the remuneration depends totally on the effort you put in and your professional reputation

-list of the colleges providing the course are given in attachment , you can detach info from there .

-The most important among them are

~National University of Homoeopathy, Calcutta;

~University of Health Science, Vijayawada and

~Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore

There are many job opportunities both in India and abroad.

-A homoeopathic practitioner can get employment as medical officer/doctor at government and private homoeopathic hospitals.

-you can also start his/ her own practice or open ones own retail shop of homoeopathy medicines.

-Homoeopathic doctors can work industries engaged in homoeopathic preparations.

-A BHMS degree holder can also open up his own pharmacy after some years of experience.
