What are the qualification needed for Deputy Collector post And Assistant Commissioner post

you should be an graduate first to apply for this post,
then you have to appear for group exams

For deputy collector post post you have to crack the State public service commission,this post is an executive post which comes under gruop-1 (gaztted).Howevr,Assistant Commissioner post generally comes under gruop-2.

The minimum qualification for it is you must be a graduate in field.

for deputy collector post you have to write in state public service commision ,this post is an executive post which comes under group 1 and assistant commissionar post generally comes under group 2
minimum qualification is graduation in any field

Candidates should be between 18 to 32 years of age. Relaxation in age as per government rules.
Candidates will have to undergo a written examination. The date of written examination is 30 May 2010.
Last date for the reciept of Application is 29 January 2010.

to become a deputy collector u have to pass graduation nd then after u hav to appear in IAS exam conducted by UPSC. After qualifying this exam u will become deputy collector and after getting permotion u will become assistant comisner.

for become depty collector and assistant commissioner you have to pass UPSC exam.

after training you will get first posting as depty collector (for IAS )and assistant commissioner(for IRS & IPS).

so at first prepare for upsc exam.
