Admission to the MBBS program in any of the recognized Medical Institute is based on the performance of a candidate in the Pre-Medial Test. These tests are conducted on various Level including National and State as well as by the individual Institutes.

Following are the Information regarding AIIMS Entrance Exam 2012:

Candidate must have passed or appeared in the +2 level of exam from a recognized Board with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English [50% in case of SC/ST candidate]. Candidate must attain the age of seventeen years as on 31st December of the year of admission. Government of India has decided that the Academic Session in six New AIIMS at Bhopal, Patna, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Raipur and Bhubaneswar will start in August 2012.
