Am doing M.B.A. in Coimbatore. I wish to do Company Secretary Course. So i need the course details. I need the fees structure, duration, what are the subjects included, what are the procedures to join? Where i can get the application form?

The co. secretary course is divided into 3 parts-
1. C S FOUNDATION COURSE
Eligibility:
Senior Secondary (10+2) Pass candidates in Arts, Science & Commerce Streams (excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for admission. Duration of the Course is 8 months. Provisional admission is allowed subject to submission of proof of passing Sr. Secondary Examination (10+2) within six months. Admission is valid for Three years.
Subjects:
a. English & Business Communication
b. Basic Economics & Business Environment
c. Financial Accounting
d. Elements of Business Laws and Management
e.Information Systems and Quantitative Techniques
Qualifying Marks
A candidate is declared to have passed the Foundation, if he/she secures at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all sub.
2. C.S. INTERMEDIATE COURSE
Eligibility:
CS Foundation Pass. Arts, Science, Commerce/Non-Commerce Graduates(Excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for registration. Candidates not be less than 17 years of age. Candidates possessing any of the following qualifications are exempted from passing the Foundation Examination:
A degree or master’s degree in Corporate Secretaryship or Commerce
Pass in Final examination of ICWAI or ICAI or any other Accountancy Institution in India or abroad recognized as equivalent thereto
A degree or master’s degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts
Subjects:
Group-I
General Laws and Commercial Laws
Company Accounts and Cost & Management Accounting
Tax Laws
Management Information Systems and Corporate Communication
Group-II
Company Law
Company Secretarial Practice
Economic, Labour and Industrial Laws
Securities Laws and Regulation of Financial Markets
Qualifying Marks
A candidate is declared to have passed the Intermediate, if he/she secures at one sitting a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects.
3. FINAL COURSE
Eligibility:
A student is admitted to the Final examination only after a minimum period of nine calendar months since his passing the Intermediate examination.

Secretarial Practice relating to Economic Laws and Drafting & Conveyancing
Secretarial Management and Systems Audit
Group-II
Financial, Treasury and Forex Management
Corporate Restructuring – Law and Practice

Group-III
World Trade Organisation International Trade, Joint Ventures and Foreign Collaborations
Direct and Indirect Taxation Law and Practice
Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations

no...CA is expert knowledge and CS is advance knowledge.
