hi.
i had applied for the nift entrance exam 2011. i belong to the general category. i had to send a demand draft worth rs. 1000, but by mistake i sent only haklf the amount, i.e. rs500. so, i have a doubt, that can i send the demand draft of the remaining amount again now.

Better to go for contact section of official website and talk regarding the matter.May be the can consider the problem

It is not a silly mistake,they can reject your form,contact with the authority,by mail or phone as soon as possible...

No do not send a remaining amount...because it make bad impression and for this may be your form will not accepted...

Fill a new form & make a new dd of original amount & send it within a due date..and also keep record of your last dd & form....

because untill you do not fullfill the all the necessary information related to any exam of form then your will not accept by respective organisation....

and also make call for that application.

so do carefully & achieve a lots of thing.

So, I Suggest You Just Contact To The Concerned Authority And Asked Him, That Can I send The Another Demand Draft Of Rs 500 Again, So That My Application Was Not Cancelled.

So, Its Better if You Can Consult With The Concerned Department, The Contact Details And Address Are Mention In Your Application Broucher. So, Please Contact Immediately, I Hope Your Problem Will Be Solved By Concerned Department.

you have indeed done wrong. As per my knowledge such institutions do not accept any correction once sent. You can't really help it. But this is for your betterment as you will take care in the future. I hope you fill other forms carefully.
NOTE- always read the brochure given carefully before filling a form or submitting it...this will prevent the mistakes from happening.

dear yours is a complicated problem... since they asked for a draft of rs1000/-
it means your 500 rupees draft will not be cashed, your application is lying unprocessed... i suggest you contact the authorities and ask them if you can send a separate 1000 rupees draft with which the application can be processed.. if they agree then later you request them to return your 500 rupees draft. But don't complicate ... if you can just let go of 500, and ask only if they will accept your 1000 rupees draft.. talk in a yielding and low tone.

Apply to the concern bank and the NIFT authority for the replacement of demand draft

u can take another application but it ios not possible in case of nift hence wat u can do is to meet the cconcerned authority and request him that u cn send him another dd of 500rs

Can i send DD along with documents immediately by some other way i.e. by mailing or by fax? plese guide me.

Mistakenly you sent Demand Draft of Rs. 500 /- instead of Rs. 1000 /- for NIFT application.

Now again send Rs. 1000 /- Demand Draft for NIFT application.

and your first Demand Draft of Rs. 500 /-, come back to your address.

i have already send 1000rs but now after correction of disability option aipmt demand from me a 450rs demand draft.what should i do?
