what is the difference between Bachelor of pharmacy and doctor of pharmacy {courses}and what jobs are performed by the people who complete these courses

bachelor of pharmacy is a graduation only 4yrs, whereas doctor of pharmacy is ( b.pharm+m.pharm) 5 yr integrated course.....
after b.pharm u can join industries mostly ppl are sent to production area .
in doctor of pharmacy u r taught to deal with patients in hospitals , u sit next to doctors
subjects taught are diff in both streams

can we open our own clinic for the treatment of patients after pharma d ?

can pharm.d people run a hosiptal?

Can we do doctor of pharmacy after b.pharm?
If yes then it will be of what duration?

i got 18793 rank in EAMCET,UnReserved category..........can i get a seat in doctor of pharmacy???
