So coming to your question.This are the programming languages which are widely used in the world.

C: It is the Basic programming language.It is called as the Middle level language.It is not object oriented programming language.(OOP)

C++: It is also the programming language.It is the advance version of the C language.It is not a pure OOPs language.

Java : It is a Pure OOP language.It is a very advanced language which is widely used in all the products of software and games.

Oracle: It is a Database Programming language.It is also widely used for the projects with respect to the java.

Dotnet: It is also a Programming Language.It has currently new version Ms Visual studio 2012.It is also an OOP language.

So this all about this programming languages which has a great value in the software industry,so if you want to go on this as a career.

c is an programming language which is only on procedural manner only.
c++ is an programming language which is object and class oriented.
java is a language which cannot underestimate the level of it.it spread like an sea.
oracle is an mathematical oriented that could easily oriented with the sets functions.

C is a procedural programming language and does not support classes and objects, while C++ is a combination of both procedural and object-oriented programming language; therefore C++ can be called a hybrid language.
Oracle database (simply referred to as Oracle) is an Object-Relational Database Management System (ORDB Java is one of the most popular object-oriented programming languages in the world. Oracle provides a wide range of programming tools and environments that support a large range of platforms.
